Overview

Oklahoma City University often referred to as OCU or OKCU, is a co-educational, urban, private university historically affiliated with the United Methodist Church. OCU has a large student life network including athletics, honor societies, clubs and student organizations, and fraternities and sororities. Alumni and former students have gone on to prominent careers in government and law, business, education, sports, arts, and entertainment. Oklahoma City University embraces the United Methodist tradition of scholarship and service which welcomes students of all faiths in a diverse, student-centered environment. Location & Facilities

OCU offers both coed and same-gender facilities. Meal plans are required in each of the undergraduate facilities. Scholarships

Each year OCU awards scholarships to more than 80% of eligible and promising freshman, transfer and graduate students. The application for admission is also the application for most scholarships. Scholarships are based on academic merit or performance. Interest in scholarships may be marked on the International Application form. Once an application is complete with all required documents, it will be evaluated for all possible scholarships
