Cal State East Bay honors outstanding students each year by administering various scholarship awards through the Office of Financial Aid Scholarship Application. Scholarships range from $500 to $3,500, with the average award being $1,000. New and continuing students are encouraged to apply annually, as students may receive more than one scholarship. Although scholarships are awarded to honor outstanding academic achievement, many take financial need into consideration. For scholarships where need is a selection criteria, students must file the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) for consideration. Due to the large number of applications received, not all qualified students may receive scholarships

There are 02 intakes in CSUEB Jan 2011 & Sep 2011. The university has $ 55application fees.
