Overview

Founded in 1897, Bradley is a private, independent university in Peoria, Illinois, offering 5,700 students a world-class education linking academic excellence, experiential learning and leadership development with an entrepreneurial spirit in more than 100 academic programs. In addition to liberal arts and sciences, academic programs include business, communications, education, engineering, fine and performing arts, health sciences and technology. Unique programs include entrepreneurship, hospitality leadership, interactive media, sports communication and physical therapy. Students have the academic choices of a larger university, yet they also have the individual guidance and mentoring of faculty. Unlike many larger institutions, with teaching assistants and lecture halls, all Bradley courses are taught by faculty in classes that average 21 students.
